18½ ounce box yellow cake mix (disregard box instructions)
4 serving size instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup dairy sour cream
½ cup water

 

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease and flour Bunt cake pan.

Blend all ingredients at low speed to moisten; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared bunt pan. (mix will be thick) Bake at 350° about 40-45 minutes till cake springs back to touch. Cool ten minutes in pan, then invert on serving dish. Dust with powdered confectioner's sugar, if desired.

*This cake is very moist and not too sweet with a pale green color, perfect for serving on St. Patrick's Day and Easter!
